I’m Ria, a holistic health coach and personal trainer living with Type 2 diabetes, and I created this space for people who want to thrive, not just survive.
Managing blood sugar while trying to juggle real-life responsibilities isn’t easy, and I know that firsthand. I’ve been where you are, feeling overwhelmed by information, frustrated by the extremes, and just wanting something that actually fits into my life.
Here, I share practical tools that help you move with purpose, eat in a way that supports your health (without the guilt or stress), and build habits that last. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or simply ready to feel better in your body, this is your space too.
